PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO

We host our photo galleries and videos avoiding any limitations on quality/size. This is especially useful for agents who do not have the ability to host video or full size photo galleries on their company website.

Utilizing the latest digital software and Camera formats each property is photographed and captured in RAW format with multiple exposures of a single scene and processed for HDR (High Dynamic Range) imagery. This creates evenly exposed photographs that are balanced for both interior and exterior exposure.

All images are processed to correct any image distortion introduced by shooting with the wide angle lens with further color correction and contrast adjustments to refine each image.

To capture the wide vistas that more accurately reflect what the human eye sees we employ a method of shooting overlapping images that are stitched and blended together to form Panoramic style images where warranted.

Includes:
1) Photographing all aspects of the property and hand processing the images to eliminate any perspective distortion, color correction and sky replacement where needed etc.

2) Creation of High Resolution Photo Gallery (up to 50 images) hosted on our server at:

3) 2 copies of CD with both High (print ready) and Low (web ready) Resolution images.

4) Mobile Listing Website, with QR code (Deduct $40 if this option is not needed)

1) Photo shoot at the property capturing and processing 20 shots.

3) Download link with both High (print ready) and Low (MLS ready) Resolution images.
